Annie N. Bui, Psy.D. is Vietnamese-American and was raised in Los Angeles County.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of California, Riverside where her research interests focused upon child development, social psychology, and health psychology.  Dr. Bui obtained a Doctorate in Clinical-Community Psychology from University of La Verne in 2015.  Her clinical training and research focused upon multicultural-sensitive care and complementary and alternative medicine.  She completed her psychological internship at Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital, Saint Francis Heath Systems and University of Tulsa Counseling and Psychological Services Center, in Oklahoma.  Dr. Bui is currently a licensed psychologist registered by the California Board of Psychology.

Dr. Bui specializes in inpatient, residential, and outpatient treatment of adults who are finding ways to heal from anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, complex trauma, prenatal and postnatal health, phase of life transitions, relationship issues, and substance and alcohol addiction.  Her approach to therapy is client-focused, action-oriented, evidence-based and grounded in culturally-aware and trauma-informed, holistic ways of healing.  As a bilingual psychologist, Dr. Bui provides individual and group therapy, psychological evaluations, consultation, and supervision.  In addition to her passion toward serving the mental health needs of diverse communities in Southern California, Dr. Bui is a loving mom of two and proud military spouse.
